Nicolas grew up in Quebec, Canada in a highly successful real estate family with broker parents and grandfather that ran a thriving brokerage. In his youth, Nicolas loved spending his weekends at open houses or new developments and learning the skills that make up a highly successful agent. You can say that real estate is in his blood. From an early age he learned how to connect, communicate, and deliver the utmost customer service experience.
Nicolas relocated to Los Angeles in 2005 where he fell in love with the city and started making real estate investments.
